Senior Leadership Team

 

Rommel Roque has more than 18 years of experience in general management, finance, and sales & marketing. He has recently been appointed as country manager of the Philippine operations after holding the position of Regional Director for Asia Pacific and Middle East – managing talent migration across markets within and outside the Asia Pacific. Rommel is a member of ManpowerGroup’s Global Leadership Team. From Nihon University in Japan, Rommel holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Economics. He is fluent in English, Filipino and Japanese. 

 

 

 

Jack Jacinto is the Managing Director of Finance. He  has  more than 15 years work experience in finance-related functions including financial analysis, credit and collection, investor relations, accounting, and corporate planning, among others.  He has worked for some of the biggest local and multinational companies across industries including LG Electronics (FMCG), Xerox (BPO/Financial Services), Coca-Cola (FMCG),  RFM Corporation (FMCG) and AllAsia Capital & Trust Corp (Financial Services), among others. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics major in Finance & Cooperatives and obtained his MBA in Finance from the De La Salle University.

 

 

Wito Bautista has over two decades of experience as a lawyer and administrator in the private and public sectors. Before joining Manpower, he was Vice-President for the Corporate Services Group and member of the Executive Committee of the North Luzon Railways Corporation. He also has extensive experience in the academe, having taught law and social sciences in various Universities and colleges. Wito earned his degree in Philosophy in the Ateneo de Manila in 1990 and subsequently  a Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from the same University.

 

 

 

 

Rhea Tinio has over 20 years work experience in HRM functions such as, training, organizational development, recruitment/consulting specifically in international recruitment & placement for land based requirements. She has previously worked for IBM Philippines and John Clements.  Immediately prior to joining Manpower she was the Officer in charge of Human Resources and Administration of a telecom Company, Glenayre Electronics Philippines (an affiliate of Glenayre Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd.). Rhea has earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in International Studies from Maryknoll College, Manila with a second degree major in HRM from the same school. She is currently Director for Professional and Organizational Development, Head of Right Management.

Jennifer Alba has more than a decade of experience in recruitment and consultancy, the last eight years of which have been thoroughly focused on the IT functions encompassing the CIOs, CTOs, Country GM, and technical and functional leads.  She also has an in-depth knowledge in consulting companies engaged in software, hardware, and IT security. Prior to her appointment to Manpower as Director of Perm Business, she was the Consulting Manager and ICT Practice Head of KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. Jen earned a Psychology degree from the Central Colleges of the Philippines in 2002 with distinction. 

 

 

Jose Carlos “Charlie” S. Baizas is the HR Director and General Counsel for Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. and Prime Manpower Resources Development, Inc.  He has had extensive litigation practice in several leading law firms before forming a law partnership in 2000. Before joining Manpower Philippines, Charlie was a senior partner in Baizas, Magsino and Recinto Law Offices, where he handled labor, civil and criminal cases. He is also a professor at Adamson University where he has been teaching since 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Ateneo de Manila in 1994 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1995.
